With over 35 years of experience in food, business, and wellness, I have led teams, run thriving hospitality venues, navigated cancer treatment, and rebuilt my life from the inside out. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel exhausted, inflamed, and out of sync, even when everything looks “fine” from the outside.
I work with high-performing people who are giving their all, often to the point of exhaustion, helping them reclaim energy, rebuild alignment, and perform at their best sustainably.
