From running on empty to becoming the woman I was meant to be.
For years, I believed success meant pushing harder.
Working harder.
Giving more.
Holding everything together.
I built a successful café and wine bar in outback Queensland. I led teams, served my community, and created a business I was proud of.
From the outside, it looked like I had it all together.
Inside, I was exhausted.
Like so many women, I had become incredibly good at showing up for everyone else while slowly disconnecting from myself.
Then life forced me to stop.
A near-fatal spider bite led to multiple surgeries. Later came a skin cancer diagnosis and five weeks of radiation therapy. Looking back, I can see that my body had been trying to get my attention for years.
Those experiences didn’t break me.
They woke me up.
What followed wasn’t a recovery.
It was a complete rebuild.
I immersed myself in nutrition, nervous system regulation, breathwork, emotional intelligence, habit science, identity work, and personal transformation. Not because I wanted to become someone different, but because I wanted to reconnect with who I truly was.
And everything changed.
I became calmer.
Stronger.
More grounded.
More trusting.
More aligned with the life I wanted to live.
I stopped measuring success by what I achieved and started measuring it by how I felt.
Today, I help women do the same.
Through a body, mind and soul approach to transformation, I guide women beyond burnout, overwhelm and self-abandonment so they can rebuild their energy, reclaim their confidence, and create a life that feels deeply aligned.
Because transformation isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering who you are beneath the expectations, responsibilities and stories you’ve carried for years.
I didn’t emerge from my rebuild as a better version of who I was.
I emerged as the woman I was always meant to become.
And now I help other women do the same.
She doesn’t just coach courage. She lives it.
I climbed Kilimanjaro. I fell 350 metres short of the summit.
At first, I felt gutted. Then I realised, it was never about the summit. It was about who I was becoming on the way up.
That is the lesson I bring into everything I do. Life is not about the destination. It is about who you become in the pursuit of it.
She has found herself. Now she helps you find you.
Katrina Gall today is a different woman. Not a fixed version of the old one. A new one.
She is calm where she was chaotic. Intentional where she was reactive. Present where she was always somewhere else.
Her energy is different. The people around her feel it. Her coaching clients feel it. Her family feels it.
She has rebuilt body, mind, and soul and she is now in the business of helping other women do exactly the same.
